Initiate Your Request
Contact our Guest Services team via email or visit your local Caryl Baker Visage Face Spa with your original proof of purchase to begin the return process.
Prepare the Product
Ensure the item is in its original packaging and includes all components; for hygiene reasons, products must be gently used or unopened to qualify for a return.
Submit for Inspection
Return the item in-person or ship it back to our distribution center where our beauty experts will verify the product condition and batch code.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment, or you may opt for a boutique credit to use toward your next service or product.
